Dr. Melissa Merlet is an optometrist practicing in Los Angeles, California. After attending Simmons College in Boston where she majored in communications, she relocated to Los Angeles and obtained her Doctor of Optometry degree from Western University of Health Sciences.

At Western, she was invited to join the Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society all four years. She has experience working in a variety of patient settings and has completed rotations at VA medical center and naval hospital optometry clinics.
